BUYING PROCESS

* Initial customer contact

* Information gathering

* Offer made, with deposit and signed Purchase Agreement. Deposit fully refundable pending default on any contingencies that are agreed upon by the buyer and seller.

* Contingencies may include: on water lake test/sea trial, Marine Survey, mechanical inspection, oil sample testing, visual inspections, etc.

*Closing timeline implemented as agreed upon by buyer and seller.

LISTING/SELLING PROCESS

* Initial customer contact

* Information gathering and research on comps and recent sales.

* Listing Agreement signed, copy of Vessel Title, Trailer Title, and applicable vehicle registrations provided to broker.

* Professional photography, creation of vessel description and feedback from seller.

* Listings created on BoatTrader, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist (regional), Frye Marine website, and other applicable sites.

* Prospective co-brokers sought out and vessel information provided to dealers/brokers in applicable markets.

* Prospective buyers vetted and provided detailed information for their buying process.
